Waydispatch is priced by workspace usage, not just seats.

Each plan includes a set number of team users and optimized stops. A team user is anyone with login access to your Waydispatch workspace. Drivers listed for routing do not count as users unless they are invited to log in.

An optimized stop is counted when an order is successfully assigned to a saved route plan. Uploading orders, fixing addresses, or reviewing exceptions does not count toward usage until those stops are routed.

FAQ

The honest answers.

What counts as an optimized stop?
An optimized stop is counted when an order is successfully assigned to a saved route plan. Uploading orders, fixing addresses, or reviewing exceptions does not count toward usage until those stops are routed.
Do drivers count as users?
No. Drivers listed for routing do not count as users unless they are invited to log in to your workspace. A team user is anyone with login access — owners, admins, dispatchers, and viewers.
Who pays for the workspace?
The Account Manager is responsible for payment. Invited users join the Account Manager's workspace; extra-user charges only apply after a user accepts their invite.
What happens if I go over my included stops?
Usage overages are tracked in your workspace so owners can see when a plan needs to be adjusted. Any overage charges follow the terms of your selected plan.
